I didn't think I'd ever review a website, based on that previous statement, I may never again, however since that is exactly what I'm about to do, the entire previous thing really amounts to nothing, so lets move on.
What seems like 150 years ago, and yet was only 2000AD (date not comic), it seemed that everything on the internet was flashing gifs, Comic Sans, and little or no advertising spattered in your face.
From within this pioneering wild west arose a total bastard named Maddox, who excelled in the art of pointing out things we all thought but would dare not say aloud, and certainly not in print.
His website, humbly titled ''The Best Page in the Universe" quickly gained a massive amount of readers, and later media attention.
Ok, that's enough - I'm getting into to much detail. He got famous from it, wrote a book, made a shitload of money, his site is still the same as 1999, and quite amusing.
Here is my fav post of his: http://www.thebestpageintheuniverse.net/c.cgi?u=irule
