The Martian by Andy Wier

They thought he was dead, so they left without him. Kinda sounds like Home Alone, it kinda is. There are accidents, lots of swearing, incredible ingenuity and determination to not let the red planet win.

During a manned mission to Mars, Astronaut Mark Watney is presumed dead after a fierce storm and left behind by his crew. But Watney has survived and finds himself stranded and alone on the hostile planet. With only meager supplies, he must draw upon his ingenuity, wit and spirit to subsist and find a way to signal to Earth that he is alive.

The audiobook version is read by R.C Bray, who in my opinion is the greatest audiobook narrator there is - so I suggest you start there.
